The invention relates to a method and device for changing troughs of dumpers with interchangeable troughs. In underground mining it is problematical to carry out a trough change because of the laterally restricted conditions since the troughs cannot be put down next to each other. According to the invention, the empty trough (2) is therefore initially raised from the transport vehicle (1) to such an extent that a full trough (3) can be pulled onto the transport vehicle in place of the empty trough. Subsequently, the empty trough is let down and put in place of the full trough. While the full trough is transported away, the empty trough left at the site can be loaded so that a quasi-continuous transport is obtained. <IMAGE>

The purpose of the invention is to improve the performance characteristics by providing bodywork in conditions of width constraints.

The vehicle is formed by a U-shaped frame 1 supported on the wheels 2. On the upper surfaces of the side parts of the frame there are guides 3 for moving along them means for supporting the swap bodies - empty 4 and full 5. The supporting means can be made as at least four rollers 6 mounted on axles x 7, which are rigidly attached to the upper edge 8 of the body. On the side parts of the U-shaped frame 1, by means of hinges 9, levers 10 are fixed, which can be rotated in the longitudinal vertical plane by a hydraulic device (not shown) mounted on the frame. The connection of the levers 10 and the body is detachable, for example, by means of a bolt, so that the levers 10 after the empty body 4 is seated from the latter. The hinge 9 is located at the same time on the longitudinal wall 11 of the frame 1.
Frame 1 also has an overturning device for bodywork made in the form of a multi-section hydraulic cylinder 12, the body 13 of which is fixed in the front part of the frame, and the rod 14 interacts with the spherical seat of the protrusion 15 made on one face side of the body. The rollers 6, mounted in the zone of the other front side of the body, are installed with the possibility of their fixation relative to the frame 1 when the body rolls over, being the center of rotation of the body. The rear portions of the 16 side portions of the frame 1 are tilted back, which facilitates tightening of the full body 5 onto the frame.
Tightening the full body 5 onto the frame is carried out by means of a tightening device, for example, a rope system, which can be driven by a hydraulic jack. In this case, the body rollers 6 are directed upwards along inclined sections 16, as a result of which the body is raised and drawn onto the frame. The frame of the vehicle through the deflecting hinge 17 is connected to a t-hatch (not shown).
The vehicle operates as follows.
To overload the bodywork - remove empty 4 and load a full 5, the empty body is first raised with the help of levers 10 to its extreme upper position and fixed. Then, the full body 5 is pulled onto the frame 1 by means of a tightening device, for example, a rope system. After the full body 5 is in the transport position, the empty body 4 is lowered into the full position.
After receiving the full body 5, the vehicle is directed to the place of unloading, where it is by tilting the body with the help of a hydraulic cylinder 12.

1.
